In 2001, Jenn started her Safety & Health career in the construction industry, and in 2017 she founded Jenuine Safety in an effort to help companies simplify their workplace standards.
Today, building on her hands-on experience, she has dedicated her career to creating practical, easy-to-implement safety solutions that truly support workers and employers alike.
Her approach focuses on bridging the gap between compliance requirements and everyday operations, ensuring that safety programs are not only effective but also realistic and sustainable.
